Sunshare RV currently has one of the largest rental fleets of Class A luxury Diesel Pusher Motorcoaches in the country, many of which are privately owned. Each coach is kept meticulously clean and well maintained. Whether you recently purchased your coach, or currently own one, our program can help to provide you with additional monthly income.
In these economic times, many of our coach owners find that the additional rental income helps to justify keeping their coach. You can schedule as much personal time as you would like with your coach, and seasonal contracts are available as well. Our typical full time coaches are rented between 12 and 24 weeks per year. This varies depending on the coach.
Each renter must be at least 25 years of age, and is carefully screened prior to every rental. Each rental must be paid in full in advance, and a $2,500 deposit is held to insure your coach is well treated. Pictures are taken before and after each rental, and the renter must sign a document acknowledging the condition and their responsibility to its condition. Our staff is always available to answer any questions you may have, and a detailed report will be sent to you each month.

Frequently Asked Questions from Coach Owners
How do you insure the condition of my coach?
Every renter fills out an application which requires driver’s license, social security, employment, insurance, and credit card information. This information is verified prior to any coach rental. Pictures are taken and the renter signs our check-out forms at the time of the rental which detail the condition of the coach both inside and out along with the renters responsibilities to return the coach in the same condition. Every renter is given a one to two hour orientation, verified with a signature, on their coach to insure they understand how to operate it safely and properly. Each rental is paid for in advance, as well as a cleaning fee of $125.00, and a hold is placed on their credit card for $2,500.00 to make any necessary repairs. Sunshare has 10 days after each rental to inspect the coach and claim any damage.
Will Sunshare maintain my coach?
It is imperative to our business that every coach goes out it top condition. Our maintenance staff inspects each coach as it enters our fleet, prior to each rental, and upon its return. Mileage and generator hours are logged to insure that the proper maintenance is maintained. Fluids, tires, generator, plumbing and electrical systems are all checked before and after each rental.
Do you allow smoking in the coaches?
No, under no circumstances. Each check-out form that the renter signs, clearly states that smoking is prohibited at all times, and that the renter will pay a $500.00 cleaning fee upon discovery that smoking took place during their rental. The renter is also financially responsible for any necessary cleaning or damage done due to smoking.
Do you allow pets in the coaches?
This is up to the coach owner. We do get requests for units which allow pets on occasion, however additional cleaning fees and deposits apply and each coach owner can request that no pets are allowed in their coach.
How often can I use my coach?
This is up to you. Let us know when you wish to pick it up, and we will remove it from the schedule. If it is already reserved, we will transfer the renter to another coach whenever possible.
Who will drive my coach?
Every renter must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 25 years of age, and have current insurance. Each additional driver listed at the time of the rental must meet the same criteria. We also provide professional drivers for those rentals that require drop of and pick up.
How often will my coach be rented?
Most coaches that are fleeted with us on a full time basis are rented between 12 and 24 weeks per year.
